Midshift started as a blog with free career roadmaps. It got traffic — but no one stayed. I led the redesign that turned it from a content site into an AI-powered career coach: an interactive system that doesn’t just tell people what to do — it guides them through it, step by step.

Baroline’s first version crashed and burned. Drivers stopped using it. Operators went back to spiral notebooks. I led the redesign that rebuilt the system from the ground up — not by adding features, but by removing everything that got in the way of real work. The result: two separate interfaces (driver + operator), six core driver actions, and a system that works offline, one-handed, and under pressure.

We were asked to rebuild a broken preschool management system used by small private kindergartens. The goal was clear: eliminate paper binders, reduce admin time, and give parents reliable access to their child’s status and school updates. Requirements included: real-time attendance tracking, simplified enrollment, parent mobile access, and offline support — all while working for non-tech-savvy admins and busy parents.

Bettermode lets brands like Mercedes-Benz, Lenovo, and SaaS companies build their own communities — without starting from scratch. My job: design a new, fully custom template every week. Not just colors and fonts — a complete UX logic tailored to how that audience talks, posts, and connects. I shipped 12+ templates in 6 months, each with its own visual language, content structure, and admin-friendly system — all while reporting bugs as a power user and redesigning Bettermode’s own marketing site.
